Now that I am registered, you basically get a unique booking link (or need to send one out to an employee) every time you go to book. There's also an account number that is used as follows:
The SMB account number is used to identify the company and link the items below to the business account.
- Flight Passes: The SMB account number must be added to the Client Identifier box at the time of purchase.
- Bookings created by a travel agency: The SMB account number must be added to the Promotional code field when booking on behalf of the company's employees.
The web site is pretty sparse - it's clear that they are still building it out.
