Was hoping someone may have some experience on a refund for J downgrade to Y. Complexity is I booked the ticket on a credit card that was later cancelled, I did call in and make a change though with a new card so wondering if they will refund to that card. Also curious if anyone knows what roughly I should be entitled to YYZ-YSJ downgraded from paid Business (D) to Economy due to schedule change (assume I can put a separate compensation request in for that as it resulted in me getting home 8 hours later).
