I have just had this happen to me - i received an email saying that I have just enrolled in a new account - logged into my old account, which is Diamond for several years with over 600K points - noticed the email I had was not correct and tried changing it - couldnt do so so called the customer service line only to learn that my account had been suspended due to fraud and I can only receive assistance via email??
This is insane and I am furious!!
