Doable if the inbound is on time. Usual caveats of familiarising yourself with the airport and figuring out which way to go (check connecting screen, or the app, for up-to-date gate info when the flight arrives at MSP of course), don't dawdle on your way, try to get a seat forward, etc.. Have to admit I haven't connected in MSP since NW was around.
