Recently completed a 5 night stay on points. As an Ambassador, upgraded to Lagoon Villa which showed the day before. Occupancy seemed decently high so I wasn't sure what my upgrade would look like.

Overall, we loved the St. Regis Bali.

The service was great - we were greeted by name at dinning every morning and evening and they learned to use our first names which we preferred.

The villa was lovely - a lot of space, plunge pool was great to cool off, and we really liked the outdoor lounging area. We had no issues with bugs (we were at the resort the day after the first rain of the season and it rained most nights but not during the day).

The grounds are beautiful.

The gym was plenty fine for a resort although only 3 cardio machines.

For the welcome amenity, we received free 30 minute foot massage which was relaxing and a nice amenity.

We used the arranged pick up when we arrived and ultimately used the driver (who gave us his card) for transportation to and from a wedding we were attending an hour away. This worked well for us.

Breakfast was an extensive spread on Boneka. For lunch, we ate by the pool/beach bar which was fine. Mains were ~$15. For dinner, we ate at the buffet in Boneka which was about $50/pp. We really enjoyed the options, especially salads and sushi.

Overall, one of our favorite Bonvoy stays!
