G-MEDJ - left BA in Jan'23 for P2F conversion but has been stored at HAM since (Approx. 57K hrs when it left the fleet)
G-MEDG - left BA in May'23 for Fly2Sky (retaining its passenger format) and has recently been unveiled as Beond Airlines (Maldives Premium Carrier) 2nd aircraft (Approx. 65K hrs when it left BA)
G-MEDU - left BA in Jun'23 for P2F conversion, now active with RJ as JY-RAZ in freighter format (Approx. 37K hrs when it left BA)
G-MEDM - left BA in Sept'23 for P2F conversion, now active with Qantas Freight as VH-XF5 (Approx. 45K hrs when it left BA)
G-MEDN - left BA in Dec'23 for P2F conversion, now active with Qantas Freight as VH-XF6 (Approx. 38K hrs when it left BA)
G-MEDL - left BA in Aug'24, now registered with Avion Express as LY-NVH, which appears to contradict the P2F conversion rumours back in Sept (Approx. 47K hrs when it left BA)
G-MEDF - Still in storage at MAD, 65K hrs on the airframe suggests the reason why it is struggling to move on vs. the other frames. It appears to be leased from AerCap and will approach 23yrs in Feb'25, so we may see it end up scrapped during 2025 after 4yrs+ in storage.

Just a little timeline record of the ex-BM A321 fleet for your reading.

Re. MEDL, as you allude to; this frame was repainted all white prior to leaving the fleet, which is unusual for a P2F conversion. Being at Avion seems to confirm it remains in passenger configuration.
