Hate to say it here but Cathay Management are completely to blame, the crew make so little money now and we pay so much for a Premium ticket and product, if I was working the cabin knowing what the PAX are paying and how little I am making I wouldn't be inclined to offer very good service either. Management have taken so much from their air crew (cabin crew and pilots) it's really no wonder you had a bad experience.
