Yes it is still around but it does seeem to have fewer publications available for free than in the past. Business Traveller for example seems to no longer be available to download for free(though I can sometimes pick up a hard copy in T3). Am I imagining this, or has the available material decreased?
just to confirm that Business Traveller is still available if you use a library login - both reading online and for download to read offline
some publications are available to download for a while, and then disappear ... but they are often still available for online reading
