Keep in mind there is another bathroom by door 3, so not everyone in the middle J cabin are going to be converging to bathrooms behind row 6.
Also, not sure how big a deal foot traffic is given you can close your doors and it feels ANA cabins in general are much quieter and less dense than say flying Untied.
If you are really sensitive to foot traffic, then you should also consider FA that walk back forth between the J and F cabins.
I’ve decided to switch to 11A. I don’t fly United much, been flying QR of late so if it’s similar to Q suites I should be fine, but every so often there are the passengers who bump into or grab onto the seats while walking and I just don’t need that. And good point on FA foot traffic!
