As for bad BA flights, not got much reference as only long haul I do is the Mex route and rest is European SH.
AA has some even more brutal red eyes. LAS-ORD leaves at 11:55 PM and arrives three hours and 27 minutes later in ORD at 5:22 AM.

For BA, I would vote the narrowbody flights to/from Northern Africa.
