In the last year I have been to so many poor managed Marriott, from rundown hotels to zero customer service. Plus Marriott corporate doesn't give a damn about customer complaints.

I am not talking only about US hotels but also hotels in Europe.

I have filed complaints but the properties never reply and Marriott doesn't care.

If they don't care I will only stay if they are the cheapest.
