Just to add one additional point. Since I had $15 f&b credit and only wanted a coffee in the morning, I asked if the "snack shop" was included in the f&b credit and was told yes...except I just realised (as I got home and looked at my folio in detail) that those charges were _not_ removed (unlike the coffee). Irritating...

ETA: just called the front desk and they said the snack shop is *not* included in the f&b credit, but they agreed to remove the charge, credit where it's due.
