My first observation is that International-G security is often going to be the best option if you're heading to an F gate, and it will always be the best option if you're going to the Amex Centurion lounge (little red square).
It does appear that the only material inconvenience is for CL access.and D/E <-> G connections. I assume the curbside walkways are gone.
