I check the flights for UA and AS (my other go to carrier) out of OAK, SJC, SMF, and even STS to check pricing and times. Usually I can find something from one those that works and avoid SFO for now. As previously posted, except for SJC drive times for me are all pretty close to the same. International I am still using SFO of course but given the current situation that doesn't appear to affected as much as the domestic T3 terminal for now. As I hold the UA Club Card loss of lounge access out of SFO is a bit of a bummer though. Looking into alternative now.
Again, I don't understand why you would avoid SFO? No connection is really going to be affected due to the construction, no lounge access is really restricted, nor is there significantly longer walks to any gate from landside, assuming a rational security entrance.
The recent completed runway destruction would have had far more impact to operations than this. Unless you love Yankee Pier
