That's odd. The 152 euro tax is expected, however the 278 euro "fare" is not. Yesterday I booked an FB award on SAS (Which was priced as expected) however noticed that the PNR showed a "fare" price too. In my case that was 93 euro which seemingly represented 14.5K miles. Thats 0.64 cents per mile.

In your case, assuming the fare should only be charged in miles and not cash, the website seems to imply that 59.6K miles equals 278 euro. Thats 0.47 cent per mile, a very different value. So the theory of that 278 euro being the fare may not hold. Though honestly, I'm not sure what that could be. Is the website still charging this?

And the fact that the 30 euro fee is making a re-appearance after it was gone for a few days.. doesn't bode wel..
