I did a return LHR-DOH-BKK run with three legs on QR and one on BA. I received my base points as you would expect (4 x 140 = 560), but only 420 (presumably 3 x 140) bonus points. It's possible this is connected to me not having been on the planned DOH-BKK flight thanks to a delayed first leg, or it's just something random.

Who/ how do I go about chainsg up the missing 140 points? I am guessing it's not a normal missing flights request.
