The US Bank Altitude Reserve card -- which earns 4.5% in credits for travel booked directly with airlines, hotels, and rental-car companies, as well as for ALL mobile-wallet purchases -- is rumored to be closing to new applicants later this week. But I still see the card available today on the US Bank website. FYI.
I’ll grant you the mobile-wallet point, but IMO earning 3 UR/$ for travel spend (via Ink Preferred) beats 4.5% in credits.

Yes.
With 2 million URs I would start redeeming even at 1.2c.
I imagine it depends on the OP’s future expected UR earnings & plans for UR redemption. A typical AC TATL J award to Europe on a partner airline will run you 85K (booked at flexible/refundable level); with frequent travel and/or multiple pax, you could burn through 2MM UR pretty easily.
