Very detailed observation. Some of the issues should be reported to Cx especially those related to crew service.
But personally on my (many) flights on their A350s I've never noticed the seats are "exposed to aisle noise and traffic". On my flights the crew (and my fellow pax) did walk very quietly when the lights were dimmed and pax were asleep. And let's be honest CX crew are not known for their protectiveness in patrolling the cabin. Based on my experience some ISMs would do it but most FAs wouldn't.
