Did you fly LHR-YHZ non stop on a 737?
If so, you did not fly J, but premium Y.
You would be owed some form of compensation/refund for a class of service downgrade.
I'll assume this was the
flight from LIS that you were on?
If the flight left on time and had 25 minutes of holding, the OP would have been at the gate 33 minutes before departure.
This was not an ATC delay.
- Pilot actually said we would make up 10 mins of the 15 min delay...but then announced that we were put in a holding position when close to MAD
re: Did you fly LHR-YHZ non stop on a 737?
- No it was Flight AC855 a A333-300
re:I'll assume this was the

- LIS to LHR was on an Iberian flight, IB713 on an Airbus A320
- Was originally scheduled from MAD to YUL AC835 on a A333-300

- We had to switch terminals, go through passport control and arrived at the gate (after a ton of running) just about 15 mins before scheduled takeoff, but agent said gate was closed!
- I didn't think to take a pic as soon as we got there (for the timestamp), but did take one after about 5 mins of "discussion" with her, and the timestamp is 12 mins before flight (pic still shows ramp attached to airplane)
