I don’t think it’s as straightforward as there’s seats available so book it. A mistake was made on a revenue booking done by telephone.for me. When I asked for it to be corrected I was told that the associated cost of booking me into the relevant fare class needed to be born by the offending area. In the FP (form of payment) section where was my ticket number and a ticket number for the MCO or advice of the cost centre who “paid” for the mistake hence I suggest it’s not just a case of yes we have business seats we will out you in it it’s a case of someone needs to account for the cost of doing so internally.
