If on 1 ticket, no issue.

If on separate tickets, you need to accept the risk that you will not make it to your DL flight in case the LATAM flight is significantly delayed. Provided that no significant delay, you will make it in time to the gate of the DL flight. You need to do OLCI and travel HBO.
