Interesting issue with our VS/PVG cancellation.
we had already paid for 2x points booster - from previous experience, these will of course no longer credit, as there is no such flight anymore!
Its now been several phone calls and weeks to no avail, trying to get a refund or points credit - nobody at VS helps or returns calls as promised.
it was several hundred pounds as I recall - does anybody know how I can complain effectively? I already use the Gold line but this has been hopeless.
