35 D/G (the aisle seats in the 4 seater just behind the stairs to the upper deck) are the only two seats I would take in PE - in every other seat there is no way to fully stretch your legs. I am 5'10 for reference. Very uncomfortable when you are trying to get some sleep. Have sat in the window seat too and its quite a pain to get out.
Maybe its just me but I find that the EK PE seats are not comfortable at all and have very poor back support. I find myself more comfortable in the Y cabin at the back. So either basic Y for me, or the upper deck in J/F.
I wouldn’t even choose 35 D or G. It may look like a good seat with extra space but in reality it becomes a passing point throughout the flight. The overhang to the rear of the stairs is too much making it quite an exposed seat.
