Very bland dish, did not like it at all.

Boneless pork ribs with strawberry sauce kai lan, egg fried rice, accompanied by glehnia root, jade bamboo, carrot and pork bone soup

Out of all dishes I tasted with CX out of all flights this was the most successful one, it was very tasty and the crispy rice added a nice texture to complement the dish.

Both very basic and slightly disappointing, especially the vanilla syrup cake (on the bigger plate) tasted like…regular muffin? Supposedly “marsala poached” figs tasted like normal figs to me.

Tasted acceptable, could have done with a bit more kick to the sauce. Portion also a bit on the smaller side considering almost 14 h day flight.
Wok fried beef with Shanghainese noodles mixed vegetables, garlic kai lan and light soy sauce
