Agreed with previous posters : no way
If LYS flight is on time, it's eventually feasible if you deplane fast, if there is no line at the storage place but very tight and stressful as you have then to reach 2G for the flight to FRA (2G is a remote terminal needing a bus ride). If the flight from LYS is delayed by even just 15 min, you're screwed.
