As long as you were rebooked in J - you are not owed anything there either, if you agreed to the rerouting. You are not guaranteed the type of seat. If you didnt like the reroute - you needed to speak up at the time.

The baggage question is to be asked of the last airline you flew with, or your insurance - but most likely nothing is due except a goodwill gesture, since you were on the way home

SQM/SQD - you need to deal with AC directly, and ask for original route credit.
You can double dip, and credit the flights you flew to any oneworld program as well.
I filed a complaint with TAP and they responded with:

"Thank you for your patience as we reviewed your claim and regret the delay of your flight.

According to our records, TP(1012) was delayed due to (Restrictions At the Airport of Departure), this is an extraordinary circumstance outside of the airline's control that does not merit compensation.

We regret the delay, count on your understanding, and hope to welcome you onboard again soon."

Does that mean EU261 doesn't apply?
Also, what do you mean by "Double dipping on any one world program"?

Thanks!
