Yes refundable as a trip in vain/trip without purpose

CC insurance is pending paying a missed non refundable hotel on a different trip to Svalabard.

Believe it is mentioned under APPR as well. Carrier must deliver you back free of charge to your choice of origin city or any intermediate stop, and refund trip.

In our experience this past April,, concierge will act confused, call rate/helpdesk, then eyes will widen as they are they need to rebook you on the next flight with any space, on any carrier, in your ticketed cabin free of charge.
