Had an domestic flight last August. Baggage allowance was 20kg. With TK Elite (*A Gold) I had additional 40kg. Had 43kg of baggage and had to pay 2.500 Yen for the first excess baggage up to 10kg. There is no limitation about pieces. It’s weight concept. Hope this helps you.
