Even if it's trip of lifetime... If the pricing is too extreme, I would also look at zipair business class. Reverse Herringbone bare bones, but lieflat > economy if pricing is too much on JL/NH.

Whether or not you'd choose zipair over the US3.... ? Depends on price too, but US3 food is mostly bleh
