AS IT strikes again..
My brother is flying a couple of times a week for work and this week he has been unable to successfully receive a boarding pass. It states he must see a check-in agent. However, checking-in via the website works OK and provides a boarding pass. Attempting to re-check-in thereafter via the app still does not function. To get the boarding pass onto his iPhone, he used the email option which successfully populated into the wallet.
We verified that all of his traveler details are populated on his account and displayed on the app. Uninstall / Reinstall did not resolve it. The new app just stopped issuing boarding passes for him. The kicker is if I check-in for his itinerary on the older app on my phone, it works.
