Morning, I didn’t want to start a new thread. Trying to book a BAH flight and car for next May/June LHR/RHO/LHR. I have now tried 4 times, three yesterday and once just now using two different credit cards. I get right to the very, very end after I have received my passcode from my bank and it keeps coming back “We’re very sorry, there has been a problem confirming your booking etc., ” Do you think this might be due to scheduling of the flights? I have even used two different browsers Safari and Chrome. Many thanks.
I've had this error a couple of times. After phoning it transpired that the car or hotel room I was trying to book (showing available on BA.com) was in fact not available. Change of hotel room type or car category and the agent completed the booking.
