The Pixel 7a only had 3y OS upgrades (1.5y remaining) & 5y support, IIRC…

The 8a does have 7y of both, but is the current model retailing for ~$500 or so. We’ll see if there’s a drop when the 9a is (likely) announced next March.

(That 3/5y is definitely better than the old Pixel As got though. I tested a 4a before giving away to a relative… it hit end of service ~1+ year ago.)
