I did see in the AC email subscription profile, my aeroplan number wasn't attached. Added it in case that makes a difference.
It seems hit and miss...I'm a SEMM, got it in prior years, but not last year...back this year...I think Mrs. Dokes got it (non-status) for the first time this year.

Like all things AC...YMMV...it's a puzzle palace for sure!
