Air Canada - I seem to have all four options enabled (flight offers, newsletter, special offers, surveys)
Aeroplan - I have "Aeroplan Newsletter and Program Information", "Aeroplan Elite Status News and Offers", "Aeroplan Survey Emails", and "Air Canada promotional and survey emails" but not "Aeroplan and Partner Offers"

I did see in the AC email subscription profile, my aeroplan number wasn't attached. Added it in case that makes a difference.
