BA157. It’s great that it’s on a 787, but a 5.5-hour flight that leaves Heathrow at 10:20 pm and lands in Kuwait around 6:30/7:30 am (summer/winter) doesn’t give you much time to sleep. By the time they serve the meal, you’re lucky to get 2.5 hours of rest before they wake you up for landing. Plus, getting there so early in the morning means it’s a real struggle to stay awake all day until the night falls to keep your body clock in check. The silver lining is that it’s one of the last flights out of Heathrow, so the airport is nice and quiet when it’s empty.

No complaints with BA156 however.
