Oh! Thats the one. It's strange how different setups result in different results. When I clicked the Email hyperlink it opened up a new email in my mail client with the address populated. (I didn't want to put the raw email in my post as I was unsure of the forum rules of doing so).

The last few days I have been wrestling with contacting IHG about missing points (from Auckland CP). When I clicked on almost any IHG contact link on my phone I got the IHG 'messaging' chat, which I have found to be singularly useless on any sort of issue other than the most basic. "It's a no show so we can't do anything. OK, well maybe I can ask my supervisor to make an exception for you this one time. OK, come back in three days if it's not been done." (It wasn't done).

I had to google to get an IHG 'customer care' form, which seems to go to the Diamond line staff and things are fixed immediately and with no hassle. The missing points were credited within an hour of submitting the form!
