Flying OW Tokyo - Shanghai and China Eastern / Shanghai Airlines was the only reasonable option.

- I did not add my flying blue number at the time of booking - is it worth calling them to do this? Or better at the airport?
- the ticket number issued did not allow for seat selection. Am I SOL or has anyone had luck getting seats on the HND SHA route?
