If it was truly due to ATC - you are not owed compensation, but they should've provided you with EU261 duty of care, but you can always try a claim under EU261 with TAP.

As long as you were rebooked in J - you are not owed anything there either, if you agreed to the rerouting. You are not guaranteed the type of seat. If you didnt like the reroute - you needed to speak up at the time.

The baggage question is to be asked of the last airline you flew with, or your insurance - but most likely nothing is due except a goodwill gesture, since you were on the way home

SQM/SQD - you need to deal with AC directly, and ask for original route credit.
You can double dip, and credit the flights you flew to any oneworld program as well.
