Stayed for one night before flying out the next day.
The shuttle service (shared with the Fairfield) works, but it's a bit fiddly on arrival. Their instructions (when I asked in the Bonvoy app chat) say to contact them once ready to go (and include some warning about possible delays of "up to one hour" due to road construction). They provide a number to call and two WhatsApp numbers. Tried the first WhatsApp number; nothing happened. After 10 minutes I tried the second one; finally got a reply after another 10 minutes, asking my name and number of passengers in my group. Eventually the shuttle (a fairly large bus) showed up after total waiting time of around 30 minutes. There were a few other passengers who were quite confused about what they were supposed to do.
The hotel was fine. It has a new/fresh feel and unusually large rooms for a Courtyard (or perhaps I was given an upgrade, but this wasn't mentioned during check-in or on the app). They offered a choice of $10 F&B voucher, breakfast in the restaurant, or points (presumably 500) as welcome gift options. The cash rate for breakfast is 27$, so if planning to have breakfast, that is clearly the best option (buffet with reasonable selection of hot and cold dishes).
4pm checkout was granted without issues.
For departure, there is no need to book or do anything else about the shuttle; it just shows up on a fixed schedule (looked like every 30 minutes in the afternoon - it's not published, but reception knew exactly when the next one was due).
