I had a recent stay at MO and it was a very different experience - truly exceptional. Service went above and beyond and talking with a few seasoned clients, this property is amongst the very best on the lake. F&B was really good, especially their signature restaurant L'Aria but the bistrot fare is also convincing. The main villa is truly stunning and now maybe this is a new thing, but the pool outdoors was heated and several people went in. Of course, it remains northern Italy so you can't expect the water to be 30 degrees but we confirmed with staff it is heated and I could clearly feel it when swimming. Their spa is also outstanding, for those interested.
