The AENA (airport authority) Twitter page has a lot of not-so-good reports, if you speak some Spanish: It looks like a Crisis Committee - which sounds similar to LHR's Gold Command - has sprung into action at El Prat. 7 diversions so far and 50-ish cancellations.

You currently have a Calculated Take Off time of 13:07, if this drifts any further then I suspect the flight will be cancelled and the usual cancellation remedies will apply, but essentially allowing you to rebook to other dates and within 300 miles of BCN. If you try to disembark this causes significant disruption to everyone else, crew and passengers, so I wouldn't try it, but at some stage the captain may well offer it up. It's a lot easier if you are HBO though.
