I made a booking on airfrance.com (AF flights). Now trying to add my SAS Eurobonus number in MMB and keep getting various error messages:

Please enter a frequent flyer number of 12 characters from the basic Latin alphabet（no variants, such as é, æ, å, ø, ü, ç etc.
SK EB numbers are not 12 characters long, when I add zeros to get to 12 characters I get:

Please enter your Flying Blue number to earn Miles.
How to add it?? Thanks.
