Credit to the crew- they were very good throughout. It’s not their fault that management are not giving them the tools to do their job properly.
We all need to bear that in mind. I would defo raise my frustration with them (they can feedback) but definitely not attribute any blame to them/ or take it out on them.
One flying with me yesterday did say that he’s been trying since the introduction to make the poached egg as good as possible by ignoring the instructions and was actually quite proud of it, whilst offering to give it a go no string attached etc… Still not what I wanted at 3pm, but shows out of the box thinking and quite reassuring
