This isn't even the highest class of travel. Of course we all know BA are only interested in penny-piching. But when the cheapest sale fare for transatlantic business class costs the same as a 53 hour train journey, you have to wonder how they can justify this pathetic catering - even to themselves.
Trains have got acres more storage space than planes. You can't compare one with the other. The cost per passenger mile of running a train is completely different to the cost of a plane.
