As much as I'm a fan of Hotel Toranomon Hills, I don't think it's particularly great for a celebration. It doesn't have in-room dining, spa or much in way of welcome amenity. I'd probably prefer any of the other Hyatt options for special occasions. Tower view is decent but the hotel is limited by its height.
