You might also consider making an internal suggestion to the company encouraging them to have a 'presence' here, or at least point them to rich source of customer feedback. Some other forums on FT actually have a company 'rep' to monitor/participate in discussions. For example, 'ExpertFlyer Voice' for
www.expertflyer.com.
I have attempted this with MyAirNZ Voice, customer surveys, and via email. Others have as well, but I really do doubt individual input is viewed holistically by AirNZ at a company level. At one point AirNZ GM Loyalty was prepared to meet with some NZ-based FT participants, but that fell through afaik - perhaps
WLG Base can recall (I was overseas at the time).
