Quick update: Wandered the DOM side of YVR at around 22:30 when 2 restos were listed as still open until 23:00 and 23:30. Both "closed"

Mentioned to MLL agent, who seemed to believe she could still issue meal vouchers. Blocked. Very appologetic, not that I minded... but it does seem manual meal vouchers are a thing of the past. Perhaps limited to certain stations, and perhaps only DOM?
