75 minutes international transfer, is it insane?

BKK-DEL-YUL with TG and AC in business class, carry-on only. Single ticket
The flight from BKK arrives at 11:00pm.
The flight to YUL departs at 12:15am

Also, do I need a visa with a US passport?
