Air France Hop is merely another AOC which operates wet lease for Air France so it's a 100% AF flight for all purposes. Air Europa Express is, to my understanding, basically a standalone airline even though it's a subsidiary to Air Europa (think Lufthansa City Airlines model).
Air Europe Express is not a subsidiary to Air Europe, it is subsidiary to Globalia. Globalia is also parent company of Air Europe. The airline is actually called Aeronova, but operating under the commercial name of Air Europe Express. I don't really know if it is clear that they are or are not member of SkyTeam.
