-The lawful command was not the request to stop kissing.
-The defendant did not dispute that the command was lawful; he admitted
that it was lawful in court and pleaded guilty.
if this is the case, the same would have happened to a hetero-, bi- or not-at- allsexual person .
somebody telling me what the noise on this thread is all about ?
